Forging Brass1

Bundles of brass bars are ready to become Aishi reliable products. They are made of special brass which is anti-corrosion, anti-rust and waterproof.

CASTING WAY

After determining the rough design, we then will implement computer tools to create 2D models.

Hot extrusion2

Heat the brass bars to soften them, and then stamp to get parts with thinner walls and smoother surfaces.

Gravity Casting3

Gravity Casting is accomplished by forcing molten metal under a gravity head into permanent metal dies.

Zinc Alloy4

Forcing molten metal under high pressure into reusable metal dies, get different shapes of zinc alloy used in other parts.

Using CNC to process the brass casting, to make its dimensional accuracy, and position meet drawing requirements.

Drilling6

According to the design drawing, control the machine to bore holes on the brass casting.

Welding7

Weld different parts of the product together to become a closed whole which is water-resistant.

Polishing8

The initially produced rough surface is made smooth during a complicated polishing process, and then the metal surface is polished flawless.

Plating9

Electroplate enhances corrosion resistance of faucet, increasing hardness, prevent abrasion, surface beauty.

Assemble Workshop10

Components and any electronics that are significant are installed inside faucets during assembly.

Packaging11

After quality check, wipe the products, and the put in the safe custom packages.
